President's Message

We are taking two approaches to building economies.  One is top down the other is bottom up.  Both need to be done together.  To accomplish this T2B understands the delicate coordination needed between government, entrepreneurs, funding organizations and scientists.

The top down approach starts with a community in need of economic development.  The community wants to have a healthy and growing economy that generates high wage jobs.  A community can be a city, state, region or country.  The community’s governing group must provide the leadership to successfully implement this program.  T2B will go though the necessary steps to assess the economic resources and marketable strengths of the community.  We will then rapidly grow the appropriate networks of people within the area. Finally, we will link these networks internally and externally to the community.  This may sound like a simple recipe for success.  The trick is to really understand the needs of the different groups and, throughout the process, ensure that all the groups have met their expectations.  This is an incredibly delicate process that T2B has successfully accomplished.

The bottom up approach identifies and grooms key young products or companies in the region.  We will help make these groups part of the key assets of the community.  T2B will coordinate these companies with the growth of the cluster. To do this we need to prepare these companies by using our business development knowledge in marketing strategy, public relations, marketing communication, and resource management, facilities and quality assurance programs.  Once organized, we assist building these companies into the community’s growth engine. This brings in optimism, funding, work force bearing, community commitment, marketing focus and facility sharing.  The final outcome will grow new businesses and create new wealth.

Working together, linking a community to outside regions, building networks, coordinating government with business opportunities is what we do.  Once we begin, results will occur within six months.  Our process includes everyone in the community and everyone shares the success.  Local leaders, businessman, educators, financial groups, scientists and families will enjoy all that comes with new wealth.
